Beef Processing

Processing fee includes butchering, aging, processing, grinding, wrapping & freezing. All ground beef is stuffed into a plastic freezer bag in your choice of 1, 1 ½ or 2 pound packages.

Processing Rate: $1.20/lb (includes skinning, bone disposal, cutting, wrapping, and freezing)

Minimum processing charge including skinning - $75.00

$75.00 Deposit per deer, this will be deducted off final bill.

Rates do not change if animal is already skinned upon arrival.

We accept Wild Game seasonally, please inquire for drop-off dates.

All sausage will be vacuum packed to ensure highest quality of freshness. Packaging is included in the pricing of the sausage.

$75.00 deposit required for each deer.

Deer must have proper tags and registration upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any venison that is not properly cooled or cleaned.

Trim must be bagged in a food grade bag when brought in. Do NOT use garbage bags!
