Properly processing an animal requires careful hands. Our local butcher has the skills to take care of beef, pork and venison processing in Annandale, MN. We'll complete the butchering, grinding, wrapping and freezing and place the meat in your choice of packaging. We can also cure and smoke meat.

Beef Processing

Processing fee includes butchering, aging, processing, grinding, wrapping & freezing. All ground beef is stuffed into a plastic freezer bag in your choice of 1, 1 ½ or 2 pound packages.

Quarter | $1.20/lb*
*on dressed weight of animal (hanging)
Specialty Cutting Rate | $1.25/lb*(only available on halves and wholes)
*this rate applies to further processing of cut requests beyond most standard cuts
Bone Render + Disposal - $20/Beef

  • Patties (20 pound minimum) | $1.40/lb

*Minimum Charge* Any animal under 560# dressed weight (280# half or 140# quarter) will be billed the current processing rates based off of a 560# whole (280# half or 140# quarter)
