We can smoke fish $3.50 / lb. Minimum charge of $10.

Processing Rate: $.85/lb          Skinning Charge: $15.00 + the hide          Bone Disposal: $5.00

 

Processing Rate for Whole Animal Entirely Boned Out for Sausage or Jerky: $0.65/lb

 

Processing rates include cutting, wrapping, and sharp freezing.

All sausage will be vacuum packed to ensure highest quality of freshness. Packaging is included in the pricing of the sausage.

 

$75.00 deposit required for each deer.  FREE 2017 Trophy Buck Calendar with every whole carcass deer

Deer must have proper tags and registration upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any venison that is not properly cooled and cleaned.

Trim must be bagged in a food grade bag when brought in. Do NOT use garbage bags!
